Hi, I’m Christina—founder of Fit 2B Fit and have been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. I am a firm believer that real fitness starts long before you pick up a weight.
I help women build strength from the inside out.
My classes are outdoors, welcoming, and rooted in my belief that there are so many benefits to working out in nature—which is exactly why I did it. Fresh air, open space, and movement under the sky just hits differently.
You’ll be challenged, supported, encouraged, and probably laugh a little more than you expect.
One of the biggest surprises? The women.
What starts as a workout quickly becomes a circle of encouragement, shared laughs, and genuine friendships. These women cheer each other on, show up for one another, and make the hard things feel doable, together.
I’m equal parts structure and heart. I care deeply about form, safety, and progress, but I care just as much about how you feel when you leave. Stronger. Clearer. More confident. More yourself.
Fit 2B Fit isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and becoming strong in a way that carries into everyday life...with women beside you who are doing the same.

All exercises are easy on the joints. Every fitness class incorportates stretching. A little yoga and Pilates is often included in each exercise class. You will enjoy strength training and circuit training in a variety of ways. Every day is a little different from the day before...NO BOREDOM!
We take your health, weight loss and fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight can be challenging and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals in this fitness program.

There are many benefits to exercising outdoors. Studies show that being outside in nature improves our mood and reduces our stress and cortisol levels. Being in nature can improve focus and concentration. Self-esteem is improved and Vitamin D consumption is increased. This fitness class allows you to exercise outdoors where your results can be as good if not better than anti-anxiety medication.
In the outdoors, climate can't be controlled. That is why we dress for the weather. If you can snow ski, you can exercise in the cold. When it's hot outside we are under shade in the cool breeze, when it is raining we are under shelter.
When it is perfect out, we soak it in and breathe it in! Sometimes we will do circuit training, strength training or just a stretch and relaxation class.

Even if you don't arrive with a smile, you will leave with one! There's definitely a social aspect to Fit 2B Fit Workouts. There's a lot of group camaraderie and encouragement. Every day there is laughing going on.

These exercise classes are geared towards women that are out of shape and may have 10 - 60 lbs. or more of excess body fat to release. This is for women that don't want to, or can't run and jump anymore.
This is for women who want to be stronger.
THERE IS NO RUNNING, JUMPING, DANCING OR LUNGING.
Oh! We still get a great workout! We lift small weights with high reps. We play with bands and balls and occasionally bring out the battling rope!
As we age, it is important to keep our muscles and bones strong, we do that through strength and resistance training. Stretching is beneficial for those with arthritis by lubricating joints and enhancing and maintaining range-of-motion. So, we do a lot of stretching in class. The average age of the women in class ranges from 40's - 70's. But, women of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome!

You will be provided with inspiring accountability. We believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. We understand that changing fitness habits is difficult. Our goal is to change your view on healthy living, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
It's believed that if you enjoy doing something, like your outdoor exercise class, you will do it more often, therefore we make all we do, enjoyable! That is why circuit training, strength training, and stretching is a part of our fitness classes in Sherwood, OR and COMING SOON TO Southern Oregon
& Verde Valley, AZ.
