Meet Christina Lucy – Creator of Fit 2B Fit Workouts

Fitness has always been a part of Christina Lucy’s story. She began teaching exercise classes at a young age and co-developed Adventure Boot Camp in Southern California, which grew into a worldwide licensing program. But it wasn’t until her own life turned upside down in 2008, after a divorce, that she poured her heart into creating something new: Code Pink Boot Camp.

What started as one camp quickly expanded into four states with more than 30 locations. Women from all walks of life came together to sweat, laugh, and discover strength they didn’t know they had, as well as life-long friendships.

But over the years, Christina’s own journey shifted. Menopause, weight gain, and the realities of midlife made her realize she wasn’t running a “boot camp” anymore. She wanted something different—something that truly matched where she and the women around her were in life. And so, Fit 2B Fit Workouts was born.

Why Fit 2B Fit?

Fit 2B Fit is built for women who want to feel strong, energized, and confident—without the pressure of keeping up with 20-year-old fitness trends. Our workouts are done outdoors, in the fresh air, with light weights and movements that protect the joints. No running, no burpees, no punishing drills—just effective, functional fitness that leaves you feeling accomplished instead of defeated.

The average age of our participants is 40–75, and every woman is welcomed exactly as she is. If you need modifications, they’re provided. If you want intensity, you’ll feel it. Our workouts are designed to meet you where you are.

More Than Just Fitness

Christina believes you have to be fit in more ways than one. To be physically fit, you also need to be emotionally, mentally, and spiritually fit. At Fit 2B Fit, we support the whole woman, not just her muscles.
