1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training

Personal training with Christina Lucy is designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break, or wanting more individualized attention, these sessions are tailored to you.

We’ll focus on strength, mobility, balance, and confidence in a supportive, judgment-free environment. You’ll be guided through safe, effective movement with encouragement, clear direction, and accountability that feels steady, not overwhelming.

Sessions can take place outdoors, in your home or in a gym setting, depending on your preference.

1:1 Personal Training

45-minute sessions

  • Sherwood, Tualatin & Wilsonville: $45 
  • Outside areas: $50 - $60
     

Training Bundles (Best Value)

4-Session Bundle

12-Session Bundle

Bundles are valid for 3 months and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
